Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by UntappedGames.com within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Opened products that were originally sealed cannot be returned. In-store singles orders and in-store pick-up singles orders cannot be returned. Customers may inspect cards upon reciept to ensure the cards meet their expectations before accepting in-store pick-up singles. Online singles orders cannot be returned. If a singles order has a fault due to an error of Untapped Games an exception may be made at Untapped Games sole descretion. Untapped Games reserves the right to modify or terminate this return policy at any time.

Refunds

After we receive and process your return a refund will be processed. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund much more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Cancellations/Unpaid Orders

Untapped Games reserves the right to cancel an order for any reason including, but not limited to pricing errors, inventory errors, and etc. Payment for orders by credit card, Paypal, and by store credit are expected to be made during the checkout process. Orders not paid for within 7 days will be cancelled. Exception: all event pre-registrations must be paid for within 24 hrs or they will be cancelled. Any item that is specifically tagged with "LIMITED SUPPLY" in the title must also be paid for within 24 hrs or the order will be cancelled. Untapped Games also reserves the right to cancel an unpaid order at any time for any reason.

Untapped Games is committed to protecting your privacy. We only use the information we collect about you to process orders, provide support, and to advertise our products. Please read on for more details about our privacy policy.

What information do we collect? How do we use it?
When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number (if paying by credit card), and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. When you enter a contest or other promotional feature, we may ask for your name, address, and e-mail address so we can administer the contest and notify winners. You agree to be added to our mailing list for future promotions and deals. When you order through our website, you are opting in to receive newsletters about promotions, coupons, and important company announcements. All emails are sent through ConstantContact and you may opt out if you wish to no longer receive newsletters from us or our partners.

How does Untapped Games protect customer information?
We use a Secure Server for collecting personal and credit card information. The secure server layer (SSL) encrypts (scrambles) all of the information you enter before it is transmitted over the Internet and sent to us. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.

What about "cookies"?
"Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. We do not use cookies to collect or store any information about visitors or customers.

Will Untapped Games disclose the information it collects to outside parties?
Untapped Games does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to companies not affiliated with Untapped Games. Untapped Games may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will not include personally identifying information.

Untapped Games may release account information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with law, (ii) enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements or (iii) protect the rights, property or safety of Untapped Games, our users, or others.

Flash Deal Promotions

Flash deal prices are limited time only and will stay active for a period of time solely based on the discretion of Untapped Games. Customers selecting in-store pickup should be aware that handling charges on these items still apply in-store since our inventory is prepped to order. Therefore, when selecting in-store pickup, please be prepared for the total to be adjusted from the price you see on the site.

Store Credit and in-store events

Store credit accrued during events or as compensation for buylists cannot be used to pay for event entries at Untapped Games. This policy exists to discourage a tournament environment where newcomers feel pressured out of friendly competition by individuals seeking to "go infinite."
